WYSS Institute Private Hosted Class Security Deposit

Greetings! Thank you for your interest in hosting a private class for your colleagues! 

This is your security deposit payment site to secure the 15 attendee min. event.

After payment, the event will officially be on the books and my image, bio, and class breakdown will be shared to assist with invitations!

With it being harder each day to go out and order in, there's no better time to do something that's really going to impress yourself in the kitchen. You and your colleagues need no prior baking or cooking experience to achieve greatness. I have my Master's of Arts in Teaching, so that and my culinary expertise are joining forces to teach virtually.

REQS: In order to successfully participate in this class, you will need:

Hand mixer or a stand mixer with a dough hook

Pizza pan or stone or cast iron skillet

Oven mitts (similar heat protectant gear)

Separate baking sheet or dish (to hold the dough as it rests)

Food scale (g)

Everything else is explained in the 30 page guide (measurements, step by step images, and 2 sauce recipes). I have taken all the guess work out of Neapolitan at home baking with a standard kitchen oven. The protected link to the guides will be delivered once a final headcount is submitted and accordingly, a full payment is received. The sooner the better to allow you and your colleagues the appropriate time to go shopping.

With an event ranging from 15-30, final payment and head count needs to be made no later than 10 business days prior to the event to allow for a successful receipt of payment and a 36-hour turn around for deliverables.
